Where liability cannot be fully excluded, upo77's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your upo77 Account in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

upo77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, collusion, or any other illegal activity.
• Multiple account ownership in violation of the One Account Rule.
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of Platform features.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward upo77 staff or other Members.
• Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

In the event of Account termination for cause, upo77 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Verified real-money deposits in excess of wagering requirements will be returned to the Member's registered payment method following completion of the investigation process, unless the funds are subject to a legal hold.
